HIERBAS 43
Ingredients
- 40 ml Licor 43 Original
- 100 ml cold brew (Colombia, medium roast)
- 6 ml Red wine vinegar (approx. 1 BS)
- 1 Coriander sprig (approx. 2-3 gram)
Method
- COCKTAIL PREPARATION: 1. Put everything into shaker, slightly bruise coriander with muddler or spoon 2. Shake everything and double strain into the glass 3. Garnish with a coriander leaf
- COFFEE PREPARATION: 1. Steep 60-gram coffee (medium grind setting) for 24h in one litre of cold water 2. Strain and filter after 24 h
