With defined layers of dark chocolate liqueur, cream, espresso and Licor 43, the Barcode 43 is iced coffee as you’ve never tasted it before.
20ml Licor 43 (1 part / ¾oz)
20ml skimmed milk (1.5%) (1 part /¾oz)
20ml Mozart Black Chocolate Liqueur (1 part /¾oz)
40ml whipped cream (2 parts /1⅓oz)
20ml cold espresso coffee (1 part /¾oz)
- Put your martini glasses in the freezer in advance.
- To the chilled glasses add the Licor 43, the skimmed milk, the layer of chocolate liqueur, and finally the layer of whipped cream.
- Cool the espresso and use a spoon to carefully add it over the cream.
- Garnish with cocoa powder.
