After Dinner 43
Coffee, mango and a surprise ingredient make this tasty short drink.
45ml Licor 43 (2 parts / 1⅔oz)
40ml coffee (2 parts / ⅓oz)
mango quarter, cut into cubes
edible rose petals
- Put the mango cubes in a shaker and crush them with a muddler.
- Add the Licor 43 and coffee then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well, then pour the mixture through a sieve and into your glass.
- Garnish with the edible rose petals.
