Ingredients
- 40 ml Licor 43 Original
- 20 ml espresso (Colombia light roast)
- 20 ml fresh orange juice
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml overproof Jamaican Rum
Method
- COCKTAIL PREPARATION: 1. Shake everything on ice and strain on fresh ice into a glass 2. Spray lemon zest on drink and garnish with dried orange slices and/or lemon twist
- COFFEE PREPARATION: Ratio 1:2, 30-35 sec brewing
