Macaroons Mousse

If you or your friend or girlfriend once in a while deserves something extra; then make this fresh and creamy dessert with macaroons, chocolate and Licor 43, of course.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Licor 43

200 ml whipped cream

200 grams creme fraiche

200 grams crumbled macaroons

100 grams chocolate, small chopped

80 grams of sugar

Method

  1. Whip the cream with the sugar until yoghurt thickness.
  2. Toss with the crème fraiche, Licor 43, macaroons and chocolate chip.
  3. Spoon into a cake tin or 4 small bowls. Allow 4 hours freeze.
  4. Garnish with cocoa powder and pieces of chocolate.
