Method

  1. Marinate 1 day in advance what raisins also in Licor 43.
  2. Cook thin fresh crêpes.
  3. Marinate 2 long fingers in Licor 43.
  4. Roll the ladyfingers in the crêpes.
  5. Create a bright, warm jelly or sauce of the marinade and raisins.
  6. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if necessary, some mandarins around it with a lemon leaf in the ice cream. (warm serve)
