20ml espresso coffee (1 part / ⅔oz)

heavy cream

ice cubes

Method

  1. Fill the shaker with plenty of ice and add the Licor 43 and espresso coffee.
  2. Shake well and pour the drink through a sieve into your glass.
  3. Carefully top the shot with cream; you can use a spoon to make layering a little easier.
