A luxuriously creamy liqueur coffee with a hint of chocolate. Smooth and creamy with a hint of chocolate, you’ll hardly recognise this luxurious serve as coffee.
40ml Licor 43 (2 parts /1⅓oz)
20ml egg liqueur (1 part /¾oz)
100ml hot espresso coffee (5 parts /3½oz)
100ml milk (5 parts /3½oz)
70% cocoa chocolate sticks, to garnish
- Mix all of the ingredients, except the milk, in a shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain the contents into your wine glass and pour the cold milk over the top.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve with a chocolate stick.
