Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and shake well.
2. Pour the mixture through a sieve and into your glass.
3. Extra tip: Pour a little honey onto a saucer and place your glass upside down into the honey, making the rim of the glass sticky. Then, roll the rim in thyme to create a perfectly presented serve that’s sure to impress your friends.
