A deliciously fruity cocktail with a hint of sage. Combine the flavours of sage, our native Mediterranean herb, with juicy passion fruit and raspberries.

20ml Licor 43 (1 part /¾oz)
40ml rum (2 parts /1⅓oz)
50ml passion fruit juice (2 parts /1¾oz)
8 sage leaves
8 raspberries
1 raspberry and passion fruit, to garnish
Method
- Crush the sage and raspberries in the shaker, add ice cubes and pour the Licor 43, rum and passion fruit juice over the ice.
- Shake well and strain into your chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the raspberry and halved passion fruit.
