45ml Licor 43 (3 parts / 1½oz)
30ml mandarin juice (2 parts / 1oz)
15ml lime juice (1 part / ½oz)
cinnamon stick and pieces of orange peel, to garnish
Method
- Pour the Licor 43, lime juice and mandarin juice into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and pour into a whisky glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with the cinnamon stick, and carefully arrange the pieces of orange peel on top.
