35ml Licor 43 (1 part / 1⅓oz)
bottle of ginger beer
3 to 4 slices of red chili pepper
orange peel
Method
- Pour Licor 43 and the ginger beer over a handful of ice cubes in your glass.
- Add thin slices of red chili pepper and orange peel to taste.
- If you’d like a little extra spice, don’t deseed the red pepper.
